Twenty-plus years in operational leadership across energy, manufacturing, data centers, and maritime. Jay translates the way the world's most demanding industries actually work into AI-native systems that ordinary humans can run. He's run safety programs, built operations from zero, and led teams through the kind of complexity that makes most consultants flinch.

His journey spans military service, MBA and Master of Global Management degrees from Tulane, and a doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. He has a proven track record of guiding teams to deliver measurable results.

As a SAG-AFTRA actor and USC School of Cinematic Arts-trained storyteller, he has seen the power of narrative to shape culture, inspire action, and accelerate learning. Most importantly, the opportunity to use one's own story to create income-generating assets. That's why he fuses leadership, AI, and creativity to make learning practical, engaging, and unforgettable, helping others earn from their lived experiences.

Angela brings more than 15 years of leadership across consulting, wealth management, and some of the most competitive industries in the U.S. From spearheading multi-million-dollar retail training initiatives to guiding clients in building and protecting their wealth, her focus has never wavered: unlocking the true value of what people already have, and showing them how to make it last.

At the core of her work is a passion for education and empowerment. With a foundation in teaching and years of coaching leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs, she has mastered the art of turning complex financial concepts into clear, actionable strategies. What drives her most is helping individuals and families not just earn wealth, but sustain it; building legacies that endure for generations.

Her mission is simple yet powerful: to give people the tools, knowledge, and confidence to take control of their future, lead with purpose in business and community, and create lasting impact that carries forward long after today.
