Agreement

These terms apply when you use this website or buy any LifestackAI™ program, guide, membership, or coaching engagement. By purchasing or enrolling, you agree to them. LifestackAI™ is a brand of Alpha Leadership and Safety Company, a United States company.

What you are buying

Our products are digital education: written guides, recorded lessons, prompt libraries, templates, live group sessions, and coaching. Program contents, schedules, and bonuses may be improved or substituted over time with materials of equal or greater value.

Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are charged through Stripe at checkout. One-time programs are charged in full unless a payment plan is offered and accepted in writing.

Memberships bill automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the period you already paid for; canceling does not refund past months.

Access and account

Access is for one person. Please don't share your login, recordings, or downloads. Lifetime access means for as long as we run the program; if we retire it, we'll give you notice and a way to download your materials.

Refund policy

Guides and digital downloads: refundable within 14 days of purchase if the material isn't right for you. Email us and we'll refund it.

Courses and programs: refundable within 30 days of purchase, provided you show us you did the work — completed the first module's exercises and attended or watched one live session. This keeps the guarantee fair to everyone who commits.

Memberships: cancel any time to stop future charges. The current month is not refunded.

Coaching and done-with-you engagements: refundable before the first session. Once coaching has begun, fees for completed and scheduled sessions are non-refundable, though unused sessions may be credited or rescheduled.

To request a refund, email jcastro@alphalsc.com from the address you purchased with. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your content

Anything you create using our method — your story, your offer, your videos — belongs to you. If you share work in a community space, you allow us to display it there and, with your permission, to feature it as an example.

Our content

Our curriculum, prompts, templates, recordings, and written materials are protected by copyright. You may use them to build your own business. You may not resell, republish, or teach them as your own program.

Results disclaimer

Our programs are educational. We do not guarantee income, clients, or any specific result. What you earn depends on your effort, your market, your experience, and factors outside our control. Any example or testimonial shown on this site is one person's outcome, not a promise of yours.

Nothing here is legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.

Acceptable use

We may remove anyone from a program or community for harassment, sharing paid materials, or misusing the platform. In cases of clear abuse, we may end access without a refund.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a program is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the effective date below reflects the current version, and material changes apply only to purchases made after that date.
