What a single day looks like
- 3 minutes — read the day's page. Short by design.
- 10 minutes — run the rep. Physical, mental, or spoken, always specific.
- 2 minutes — log it. One line, honest.
Under 20 minutes a day, on your phone, at whatever hour you keep.
Delivery
The program runs in an online learning management system. Days unlock in sequence, completed reps award XP, and badges mark each stage of the 30 days. The scoreboard exists for one reason: you can see the streak you're protecting.

Questions
How much time per day?
10 to 20 minutes. One rep, one short lesson, one entry. That's it.
Is it live?
No. It's a self-paced 30-day track inside an online learning management system, released day by day so you can't binge it.
What if I miss a day?
You pick it back up. The track stays open; missed days don't lock you out.
Is this religious?
It's faith-informed and plainly written. You don't have to share the faith to run the reps.
Do I need MBAIc™ too?
No. They're independent. Most people find the order helps.
