Privacy Policy

Effective January 1, 2026

Information we collect

When you fill out a form on this site — a guide download, a workshop registration, a strategy session request, or a purchase — we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a message field.

We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, the pages you view, the site or ad that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you clicked.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver what you asked for, to answer you, to give you access to programs you purchase, and to send you emails about our training and offers.

We also use aggregate, non-identifying data to understand which pages and programs are useful so we can improve them.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of the purchase and the billing details needed for receipts and support.

Email and text messages

If you give us your email address we may send you educational content and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.

If you give us your phone number we may contact you about the program you asked about. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to measure traffic and see how visitors move through the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may work less smoothly if you do.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business — payment processing, email delivery, hosting, scheduling, and analytics — and only as needed to provide those services, or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing jcastro@alphalsc.com. We respond to requests within 30 days.

If you live in California or another state with similar privacy laws, you have these rights regardless of where we are located, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

Children

Our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask you not to send sensitive information such as government ID or bank details through our forms.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our programs change. The effective date below always reflects the current version.
